General Bequest:

Percentage Bequest:

"I give and bequeath _____% of the total value of my estate to Mississippi Spay and Neuter, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of Mississippi (EIN 20-2938077), located at 657 Hwy 49 South, Richland MS 39218."

Bequest of a Residue:

"The residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, I give and bequeath to Mississippi Spay and Neuter, located at 657 Hwy 49 South, Richland MS 39218, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of Mississippi, to be used as the Board of Directors determines." 

Designated Bequest: 

"I give and bequeath to Mississippi Spay and Neuter, located at 657 Hwy 49 South, Richland MS 39218, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of Mississippi, the sum of $_______to be used for the ________ fund/project. Should this program no longer be needed, the bequest may be used as the Board of Directors determines."
