Freedom for Scooter, Skeeter and Ringo

Miss Edna had become very ill and was quickly overwhelmed by a surprise litter of puppies. The puppies were able to dig under the fence in the backyard and get into the road. Edna's brother built them a small pen to keep them safe temporarily.As part of our Operation: Doggie Freedom program, we were able to help Scooter, Skeeter and Ringo make good use of their backyard by securing the bottom of the fence and ground with chicken wire to prevent digging. The three pups are scheduled to be fixed at our Big Fix Clinic, and we are so thankful to our supporters for helping us give them a better life! Continue reading

Mary and Rosie

Mary's niece used to live down the street from her, until she moved out in a rush during a divorce, leaving her dog behind. Mary adopted the dog and took her in, not realizing that the dog had puppies who were living around her niece's property. The dogs were not socialized around people, and thus became feral. Mary began to feed the puppies each day in hopes that she could gain their trust.
