Pets must be spayed or neutered to qualify. 
Pet guardian must be on public assistance and must provide proof on the day of appointment: SSI, disability, food stamps, Medicaid. Pets and guardians who do not meet qualifications will be turned away.

There will be a $10 office visit fee per pet. 2 pets maximum per household. 

Services offered:

Rabies Vaccination- $10

Yearly Vaccination (FVRCP for cats/DAPPV for dogs) - $15

Microchip- $25 with free lifetime registration

Nail Trim- $7

Dewormer- Dogs $8-16 depending on weight. Covers hookworms, tapeworms, roundworms and whipworms.

Dewormer- Cats $6. Covers hookworms, tapeworms and roundworms.

Flea Treatment (Vectra)- Dogs $16-19 depending on weight

Flea Treatment (Catego) Cats $12- covers fleas, eggs, larvae, ticks and chewing lice
