FAQ

Where are you located?
657 Hwy 49, Richland MS. We moved from Pearl in 2019.

What is your phone number and email address?
(601) 420-2438, [email protected]

When are you open?
Our business hours are Tuesday-Friday, 7:30-5:30. Surgeries and wellness services are by appointment only.

How old/how big does my pet have to be for surgery?
All pets must be at least 3 months old and weigh at least 3 pounds to be eligible for surgery.

Can I bring my pet to you if they are already spayed or neutered?
Yes! We now offer wellness services to pets that are spayed or neutered. Click here for prices and to schedule an appointment.
You can also purchase Advantage Multi and de-wormer over the counter if you have your pet's exact weight.

How do I make an appointment?
Visit our appointment request page. You'll enter your information and your pet's information and will make a $10 deposit. Once we approve your appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation.

When do I drop off my pet? Do they get to go home the same day?

Drop off for surgery is between 7:30-8:15am. All pets go home the same day! Pick-up is 4:30-5:15pm.

Can I get vaccines or a microchip for my pet while they are there for surgery?
Absolutely! We offer vaccinations, microchipping, de-wormer, nail trims, take home pain medications, and more.

Do you sell heartworm prevention or flea/tick prevention?
Yes! We have Advantage Multi available at the time of service or over-the-counter. We will need the animal's exact weight.

Why do I have to pay a deposit to schedule an appointment?
We are able to support our low prices through volume. Therefore, not showing up for your appointment hinders our ability to provide services at a low cost.

If my pet is older, can he/she still have surgery?
Pets that are 6 years of age or older are required to have pre-surgical bloodwork. You can have this done with us for $80 or at your regular vet's office. Please send us a text to schedule blood work: 601-420-2438. Pending the bloodwork and exam, we will let you know if we will be able to perform surgery at our clinic. All of these steps are for the safety of your pet.
