Mississippi Spay & Neuter provides low-cost spay & neuter surgeries for cats and dogs 3 to 4 days per week at the Big Fix Clinic in Richland, MS.
Elaine’s Basic Care & Wellness Center
Mississippi Spay & Neuter offers wellness care for spayed and neutered pets available at Elaine’s Basic Care & Wellness Center in Richland, MS.

A $10 deposit is required when making an appointment, and this amount will be applied to your total balance. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited as a donation. (This policy does not apply to feral or community stray cats.)
