  • We are typically opened Tuesday -Friday. Patients are dropped off between 7:30 am and 8:15 am and pick-up is 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm. We close at 5:30 pm. For other needs, the best time to come is between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Surgeries and wellness services are by appointment only.

  • All pets must be at least 3 months old and weigh at least 3 pounds to be eligible for surgery.

  • Yes! We offer wellness services for pets that are already spayed or neutered through Elaine’s Basic Care & Wellness Center. Click herefor prices and to schedule an appointment.

  • Visit our appointment request page. You'll enter you and your pet's information and will make a $10 deposit. Once we approve your appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation. If not appointments are available online, text us at 601-420-2438. Due to high demand please allow up to 3 business days for a response.

  • Drop off for surgery is between 7:30 am and 8:15 am. Pets will not be accepted after 8:30 am. All pets go home the same day! Pick-up is 4:30 pm and 5:15 pm. We close at 5:30 pm.

  • Absolutely! We offer vaccinations, microchipping, de-wormer, nail trims, take home pain medications, and much more.

  • Yes! We have a topical prevention available at the time of service. You can even purchase the preventative through our wellness clinic after your spay/neuter appointment.

  • We are able to support our low prices through volume. Therefore, not showing up for your appointment hinders our ability to provide services at a low cost.  

  • Pets that are 6 years of age or older are required to have pre-surgical bloodwork. You can have this done with us for $100 or at your regular veterinarian’s office. Please send us a text to schedule blood work: 601-420-2438. Pending the bloodwork results and exam, we will schedule your pet’s spay or neuter surgery if the pet is healthy enough. All of these steps are for the safety and well-being of your pet.
